Does not follow rules of being a landlord. Poor behaviour from Carol. Unsure who own’s this place but would really appreciate an owner to reach out to discuss. Someone should not be denied a receipt of payment or a tenancy agreement showing agreement on rent price. -
I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated while attempting to check in. I was ignored, my phone call not answered, someone else was let in and the door shut in my face. We only stayed 1 night, but we compliment this park on so many levels - Easy to find, nice level spots, very neat, tidy and clean - including the bathrooms. Carol the attendent was helpful and lovely to chat with too. Highly recommend this spot and if we pass this way again, we will be back!
