Office manager & groundskeeper are friendly & helpful people (great people). The Janitor sucks @ his job, my opinion. The Community shower & laundry house, is not the cleanest hf the time 2 ⭐️. -
Does not follow rules of being a landlord. Poor behaviour from Carol. Unsure who own’s this place but would really appreciate an owner to reach out to discuss. Someone should not be denied a receipt of payment or a tenancy agreement showing agreement on rent price.
